We arrange vessel space and containers through established shipping-line partnerships, reserving capacity ahead of peak season.
For routine stock replenishment, bulk shipments and large items
Warehousing & fulfilment
We operate 100,000 m² of warehouse space across the UK, Europe and the US, with local Chinese-speaking teams to manage your stock.

We keep you informed at key shipment milestones, so you can track progress without having to chase updates.
Our destination team takes over
Our in-house team handles customs clearance at the destination. We then arrange receipt at our warehouses or onward delivery using our local carrier accounts.
Support beyond delivery
We continue to support you after delivery with returns, relabelling, stock transfers and after-sales enquiries.
